Inspection of Shipments
Your order will be shipped to you with full insurance. We encourage all customers to inspect the package for damage or tampering before accepting or signing for delivery.
When Will Your Order Be Delivered?
To help you plan for the receipt of your order, the estimated delivery date is listed in the product details for each item. This delivery date is calculated based on the estimated time required to process, package, and ship your order. For all available products, the delivery date is specified in the “Shipping Information” section on the product details page.
- Orders placed before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), holidays, or after the cutoff time on a regular business day will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and the chosen shipping method. The cost is determined based on the shipping method selected and the weight of the shipment. Our Online Department will notify you of the shipping cost prior to delivery.
Delivery Time
Our goal is to deliver all orders within 5-7 days via DHL.
- If you select DHL shipping and place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday to Friday), your order will be handed over to DHL on the same day.
- If you select DHL shipping and place your order on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), a holiday, or after the cutoff time on a regular business day, your order will be handed over to DHL on the next business day.
